Come join me in a learning experience like no other, The Love Message Meditation and Mindfulness Course 1 "The Awakening of the Sun". This is my course fully developed by me to provide information that promotes healing, focus, and a more stress-free life closer to God and at the same time fully involved and satisfied in your life and current existence. I am not a therapist, but a Meditation Coach. So, get ready to practice more than we preach, learn, and ponder. Learn journaling, meditation, true aromatherapy medicine, house energy cleansing, personal spiritual cleansing, break myths, and learn the art of self-help through the electromagnetic energy of organic stones and crystals. Use your imagination through visualization techniques to push your creativity with an art project. Learn the art of organizing your life in a classroom activity with life coach Courtney Gilliam. Learn the art of manifestation and affirmations, balance our chakras and pray. Learn how your religion can be incorporated into your meditative practices and get comfortable with the meditation process and yourself. This is a special time to relax, talk nicely, and think nicely about yourself. A time to learn self-care and remember what being relaxed really feels like. I use techniques from around the world to make them easy to understand and apply them to your everyday life. This class is meant to raise your vibration by engaging your senses and your connection to God and the planet. I do not know what you should do with your life, but I do know how to teach you techniques that feed your mind, body, and soul so you can advance in life with all the love God has for you. Cancelation Policy

I so understand things come up! Please give the courtesy of canceling your appointment 48 hours prior. Your $50 deposit is non -refundable but you are more than welcome to reschedule whenever you are ready and the deposit applies . If you TWICE the 3rd time you will be required to pay the entire session amount up front prior to scheduling, as we want to be respectful of the practitioners time and other clients who may have needed to be scheduled.
